From the phone call to the front door.

Tell us the name, the facility and anything you know about the charge. If bail has been set, we can quote the exact premium on the spot. If it has not, we tell you what the range usually looks like for that charge.

We verify the booking and the bail amount with the detention center rather than taking anyone’s word for it, including yours. This is also where we check for other holds — an additional warrant or a detainer changes the plan, and you should hear that before paying anything.

The cosigner shows a photo ID and proof of residence or income. We agree the down payment and the schedule for the balance before anything is signed, so there are no numbers you have not seen.

In the office at 700 E Waco Dr, or online from your phone if you cannot get there. A notary is on site, so signatures and affidavits are handled in the same visit.

Paperwork is filed within 30–45 minutes of the signed agreement. That part is ours and we hold to it.

This part belongs to the jail. Staff process the bond, retrieve property and complete the release, which typically takes one to four hours and runs longer on a busy weekend night. Anyone promising you a release time to the minute is guessing.

We keep in contact about appearance dates, because a missed court date puts the cosigner on the hook for the full bail amount. If a date is a problem, call us before it, not after.
